March MATness Challenge
#MarchMATness2018 is here and we have a special Instagram challenge for you!
Every year in March, the Pilates community comes together to celebrate those 34 incredible Mat exercises created by Joseph Pilates, as published in Return to Life Through Contrology. This year, we want you to join in the fun! We'll be posting the daily exercise on the socials, as well as featuring the exercise in all the classes in the studio. Here's how you can get involved and win prizes:
1. Follow @marchmatness and @wellbodypilates on Instagram
2. Post a photo or video of yourself doing the featured exercise each day. Post in order. The number of the exercise corresponds to the date.
3. Tag @wellbodypilates and @marchmatness and use hashtags #marchmatness or #marchmatness2018
4. Whoever posts each exercise in March Matness wins a Private Session!
