Well Body Pilates Equipment classes flow through intelligent movement sequences using spring-based resistance, to develop and strengthen deep stabilizing muscles while building a leaner, more balanced body. Well Body Pilates classes incorporate all of the Pilates equipment, so you can go beyond the Reformer and get the full benefits of Pilates. We keep classes small (5-6 students) to ensure personal attention and proper form. 

Well Body Pilates I

Move through a carefully crafted Pilates workout using a variety of Pilates equipment including the reformer, tower, chair and props with an emphasis on core connection, breath and correct alignment and form. Your teacher will guide you through a full body workout in a variety of different positions - supine, prone, kneeling, side lying and standing. You will work to retrain unbalanced muscles, build strength, increase flexibility and find a deeper core connection.This class will be sure to challenge everyone from the more advanced practitioner to those just starting out! Well Body Pilates II

In this intermediate level class we’ll build on the Pilates principles you learned in Pilates 1, incorporating more intermediate and advanced exercises to increase challenge. This is a full body workout that will use a variety of Pilates equipment including the reformer, tower, chair and Pilates props so no class will be the same! Think functional fitness, core strengthening, spinal mobility, balance and stability - all rolled into one! Prerequisite: Previous class or private experience on the equipment.

WBP Cardio Core

Kick your workout up a notch and get those endorphins flowing with this high-energy class. This intermediate level class offers a contemporary style of Pilates training to get your blood flowing. You’ll warm up your core and improve your stamina as we move through exercises on different pieces of Pilates equipment and put your mind and body to the test. WBP Cardio Core incorporates the Jump Board on the Reformer and a variety of props Come ready to work and challenge your balance, coordination and control! Prerequisite: 5 classes or private training 

WBP Restore

This equipment Pilates class focuses on connecting on a deeper level, returning to core principals and fundamentals. This class uses Reformer, Tower and mat to help achieve better mind-body awareness and control. Class will focus on stretching, releasing, and isolating muscle groups. Open Level.

WBP Core Focus

Want to feel the burn in all the right places? This equipment-based class uses targeted exercises to sculpt your body where you want it the most. You’ll focus on toning your abs, sculpting your arms, and lifting your butt. This triple threat is ideal for anyone who is injury-free and looking for an intense workout that gets the job done. Open Level
