Well Body Barre combines barre techniques with Well Body Pilates principles and exercises for a unique, form-focused full body workout. Body weight, the barre and small props are all you need to increase muscle tone, connect to your core, and balance your body.

Well Body Bounce

Feel the Bounce, Feel the Burn! This class combines fun, energizing trampoline combinations to get your heart rate up with core stabilizing, deep muscle work to give you a balanced and complete full body workout. Incorporates a minimum of 20 minutes on the trampoline so you get the equivalent of 1 hour on a treadmill. Bounce, Shake, Repeat.
