Anna Leigh Palmer

Guest Pilates Teacher

Anna Leigh was first introduced to Pilates when she was 15 years old to recover from a dance injury, and she soon realized how much Pilates had changed her dancing and body for the better. She had more stability to support her hyper mobile muscles as well as improved dance technique and remaining pain and injury free. Anna Leigh continued Pilates to compliment her dance training through college where she received her degree in dance from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). After college Anna Leigh completed her Comprehensive Pilates certification in order to help people discover that Pilates is for any body, and anyone can find joy and healing through movement.

Theresa Harper

Pilates, Yoga

Hello, my name is Theresa, I moved to the Nashville in December 2022. I moved here from Illinois, where I began my fitness journey. I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2016. I’m certified in Polestar Pilates and Balance Body. I have also been teaching Yoga since 2021. I love helping and encouraging others to feel good about themselves through fitness. I retired from a 25 year profession and suffered a lot of hip and back issues. I’ve been able to improve my health through Pilates and Yoga. It’s amazing when you stay consistent with your Pilates or Yoga practice your body heals. Being able to help others, watch them grow in their practice physically and mentally is so rewarding.

Nicole Wynkoop

Pilates, Barre, Bounce

Hi! I'm Nicole. I am a pilates and barre instructor here at Well Body. Years ago, when I started my pilates journey, I saw and still see what it does for me physically, emotionally, and mentally. It truly heals mind, body and soul. I want to help others in the same way as it helps me. Now, as a certified Pilates and Barre instructor I get to do just that. My goal is to have clients come in for a session and leave feeling stronger and good about the self love they are feeding themselves. I love my job and being part of clients journeys to better overall health. It is the best part of my day!
